WHY GCC?


The countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council – UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman – are today in a stage of development heretofore unknown to history. Strong liquidity, enlightened leadership and financial sophistication have been combined by these societies for the development of advanced cities, educated workforces and social progress.

Many challenges however remain: How will these societies develop the higher functions of society, from science to healthcare to top quality engineering? The answer is complex. It requires a combination of domestic leadership and many of the sophisticated tools which are only available abroad.

Over the past 25 years, the principles of EAA have proven themselves expert in the unification of these fundamentality different components for the design and management of complex projects.
